Qualicum Flight Center

Qualicum Flight Center was formed in the spring of 1998 and is a division of Courtenay Flight Center. Qualicum Flight Center (QFC) is located on scenic Vancouver Island and offers training for recreational, private, and commercial licenses as well as night, instrument and VFR over the top ratings. By the end of summer 2011 both schools will be offering Multi Engine Training and Instrument Ratings as well as Flight Instructor Ratings. QFC operates at the same high standards as Courtenay Flight Center which was formed in 1996.

The Qualicum Flight Center is an authorized exam center, and can issue Student Pilot Permits and Temporary Licensing and Rating Priviledges.

Flight Training

Transport Canada has certified Qualicum Flight Center to provide Flight Training for Private and Commercial pilot licenses, Recreational Pilot Permits, VFR Over-the-Top endorsements, and Night and Instrument ratings. In addition, the aircraft are also available for Introductory Flights, Mountain Flights, Recurrent Training, Scenic Tours, and Rental to licensed pilots.

Scenic Tours

The Qualicum Flight Center offers a variety of Mountain and Scenic Tours which can be modified to your tastes and places you want to go to. Comox Glacier? Tofino? Port Alberni? Give us a call and we'll bring you there.
